Types of Partnerships
Embedded work in one building. We start with student data, current practice, and existing programs, then decide what to keep, strengthen, or streamline so the work reaches daily instruction.
Systems-level work with leaders and educators to align instruction, intervention, assessment, and professional learning. This work is especially strong in secondary reading, writing, and intervention coherence.
Statewide guidance and capacity-building related to teacher preparation, dyslexia endorsement quality, screening-to-instruction pathways, and early literacy systems.
Research advising for the materials and professional learning that reach thousands of classrooms, including review for evidence alignment, instructional coherence, and usability.
